Dram of Destiny – Edinburgh, Scotland
Dram of Destiny is an ambitious, not-for-profit Burns Night celebration taking place on Saturday 30 January 2027 at the Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, Edinburgh. Bringing together 2,500 guests from across Scotland and around the world, the event will attempt to achieve two Guinness World Records in one unforgettable evening:
- The World’s Largest Burns Supper
- The World’s Largest In-Person Whisky Tasting
Guests will enjoy a full three-course Burns Supper, live entertainment, traditional Scottish ceremony, and a guided three-dram whisky tasting, alongside headline performances and special guest appearances.
The evening is designed to celebrate Scottish heritage, culture, music, poetry, hospitality, and whisky on a scale never attempted before, while raising awareness and support for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation and the fight against Motor Neurone Disease.
