Designed for industryprofessionals and bourbon enthusiasts alike\, this half-day in-depth program is designed so that once you’re aBourbon Steward\, you’ll be able to discuss America’s native spirit confidently and accurately\, as well as be able tomake recommendations to friends\, family\, and others based on their individual taste and preferences. \nCourse Overview Certification Process\nStave & Thief Society was founded in 2014\, and is the first bourbon certification program recognized by the bourbonindustry and the only to be recognized by the Kentucky Distillers Association as its “Official Bourbon EducationCourse.” The program was developed by professional distilling and spirits educators and advised by a panel of expertsin the bourbon and hospitality industries to provide a premium\, standardized bourbon education that is accessibleand holds real value. \nThis in-person course is being taught by an Executive Bourbon Steward from DMVWhisky Education\, a Stave & ThiefSociety Establishment Member. The evening will be fun and interactive with included bourbon tastings that are beingsponsored by Old Commonwealth\, River Roots\, Onyx & Amber\, New Era\, Old Cypress and Bourboneur!
